RETURN POLICY

You can return your purchase for any reason — even if you just change your mind. To ensure a successful return, please make sure that your piece is in as-new condition, and that you have the original packaging on hand.  Any applicable shipping fees are non-refundable.

All returns must:

  • Have no signs of wear or damage

  • Be in all original packaging (box and/or polybag)

Once the item is back at our warehouse it will be inspected by our team. Provided it is in as-new condition we will issue a refund less outbound shipping fees. Should the returned item not meet the above return guidelines, Mark Krebs has the right to deny a return and have the item re-shipped to customers.

If you no longer have the original packaging, please pack the product in the same manner as you received to insure there is no damage in shipment. A $10 repacking fee will apply.

The return window begins on the day the order is delivered. Please note that we do not offer exchanges for any pieces.

FAULTY ITEMS

All goods are quality controlled prior to dispatch, however occasionally production faults can result which are accidentally missed. Your goods may be returned for assessment and a refund will be given if an item is deemed to be legitimately faulty by Mark Krebs, as the supplier. In case of faulty items, Mark Krebs will also refund the cost of return shipment once assessed. Return of faulty goods must adhere to the following:

    1. The product must have been purchased within 1 month of notifying Mark Krebs of the fault. Please note that wear and tear in the course of normal use is not considered a fault.

    2. Contact Mark Krebs via email (info@markkrebs.ca) with:

      1. A photograph of the item & fault along with a description of the issue/fault

      2. A “proof of purchase”, being either the email confirmation or invoice from Mark Krebs or bank statement.

    Mark Krebs will respond within 48 business hours and if eligible for inspection, will send return details. You will receive a full refund or replacement if the item cannot be repaired or replaced.
